Bob Today
As I continued my pastoring and pursued my doctorate, I dived into the scientific literature to uncover what sorts of activities and traits leaders have in common at their very core—their soul! As a pastor, I have grown to see the love and care for people can grow out of a love for the natural world. Leadership, sustainability, and the soul are related in ways never seen before in history. My present work attempts to bring the interplay of these three to light for my readers.

Bob writing Growing a Soul
After raising our kids into adolescence and working with hundreds of young people, my family and I were reaching again outward. In my work, I discovered spiritual intelligence, more than IQ, determines life satisfaction and meaning for young people. I developed practical ways parents could help their children discover more significance and happiness through spiritual practices. The devotions found in Growing a Soul give parents the means to raise their children’s spiritual quotient.

Writing The Chronicles of Ragg
Nothing really prepares you for parenthood, for the swells of emotion, for the labor of it, or the imagination that springs from their innocence... The fantasy and strength that my kids inspired in me led to share a tale that connects both adults with their inner-child as well as the child by their side.
Growing a Soul has distilled research and available literature to give Christian parents guidance for parenting their children on a spiritual and religious basis.
